Defective Product
Most products discovered to be defective on arrival may be returned to Columbus Office Solutions within 30 days of shipment for replacement after obtaining a RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA). Call Columbus Office Solutions to receive an RGA. With all returns, include a copy of the RGA and a copy of your original packing list. Customers with defective product beyond 30 days may be referred to the manufacturer of the product for support.
NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Within 30 days from shipment, customers may return Columbus Office Solutions products with a strictly enforced 10% restocking charge. This restocking charge will be based on the cost of the merchandise being returned or a minimum of $10.00, whichever is greater. The product must be in new condition with the manufacturer's box, packing, manuals and accessories. The manufacturer's packing box must not be defaced in any way; therefore, the items should be placed in an additional box to serve as a shipping container for return. The RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be included on the address label. If the condition of the returned product warrants, additional credit dollars may be withheld or the return refused in its entirety. Open or used consumable supply items may not be returned for credit.
